The benefit of Pilates one to one sessions, is that the instructor can address specific needs, which is not possible in a group class. This is ideal for people suffering from chronic pain, recovering from an operation, sports injury, pregnant or want to up your fitness levels.

If you are undergoing medical treatment or rehabilitation, your doctor or therapist may refer you to undertake one to one Pilates sessions.

The Pilates instructor can work in conjunction with Chiropractor, Osteopath, Physiotherapist or GP. The Pilates instructor will create a personal program that should complement any ongoing medical treatment *contact your medical advisor prior to joining a class and inform the instructor*
